Bioregion – Bioregions are defined through physical and environmental features, including watershed boundaries and soil and terrain characteristics.
Ethnobotany – Ethnobotany is the study of how people of a particular culture and region make of use of indigenous plants.
Entomology – the scientific study of insects
Hydrologic cycle or Water cycle – the continuous movement of water on, above and below the surface of the Earth
